A reputable eight-attorney law firm is seeking a new attorney for their close-knit team. This is a new attorney position the firm is adding as they continue to expand! This attorney position offers excellent growth potential within the firm.
The firm is seeking an attorney with a desire to mentor two junior associates and take on a leadership role within the real estate litigation group. This attorney will litigate a variety of real estate cases, including:
- Title disputes
- Mortgage litigation
- Landlord/tenant issues
- Escrow disputes
This attorney must have 4+ years of litigation experience. This attorney must have some exposure to real estate or mortgage law.
This attorney will work 100% onsite to start. After an initial training period, this attorney will have the flexibility to occasionally work from home. This firm has a very reasonable 1850 annual billable hour target.
